History

		Company was founded with the title "AKIRMAK Auto Glass Service" in Gazcilar Street.

		AKIRMAK moved to the new building on Highway Yalova

		It was started to research and development activities for convex mirror production.

		Serial production of the convex rear-view mirror was started.

		AKIRMAK moved to the new factory bulding in Kucuk Balikli Area. Auto glass business was finished and majored to production of rear-view mirror glass

		Plastic injection molding machines were purchased and was started to produce complete rear-view mirror with plastic parts.

		Company title was changed as "AKIRMAK OTO AYNA Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

		Otoyol A.S. was added to Customer portfolio and the first time company entered to OEM market. AKIRMAK performed its first export to Greece.

		Horn type rear-view mirror production was started.

		Company installed metal works section in its factory for production of rear-view mirror pipe arms AKIRMAK entered to the tractor market with the customer "Turk Traktor A.S."

		Construction of the new AKIRMAK factory building was started in the "Kayapa Industrial Zone"

		Production Activities was started in the new factory bulding. Machinery park was expanded for the upgrading of production technology and increasing capacity.

		ISO 9001 quality system certification was approved.

		AKIRMAK was awarded the TS-ISO16949 Certificate.

Activity AKIRMAK founded in 1974 and started business of producing glasses for automotive industry. Since 1980 company producing rear view mirrors and mirror arms for all type of commercial vehicle (buses, minibuses, trucks, tractors etc.). AKIRMAK has the ability to produce various metals, shaped tubes and plastic parts in the out of rear-view mirror production in the same time. Production AKIRMAK is settled in a 3300 m2 area in Kayapa industrial zone (Bursa) as an integrated plant and exports 30% of its production. Company is able to finish all levels of production related to rear view mirrors under the same roof. Quality Target From August 2006 on , AKIRMAK in activity in a new factory. Using new technology and investing in high tech machinery, the company produces modern products on time with high quality and reliability. By ensuring customer requirements and expectations with sale and after sale services, AKIRMAK intends to be favourite brand and loyal company in sector.
